APPROACH

My Way

Never give up to early, great things take time. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.

1
Release

Help individuals emote in a healthy manner because our bodies need to relinquish the distress to promote balance.

2
Refocus

A balance needs to occur to reintroduce the individual to their logical/ rational mind, so processing can accurately take place.

3
Reflect

Revisit the concern; so, the client can process the concern from multiple lenses and perspectives to assist in the formation of an action plan.

4
Reassess

Looking at the concern, reaction, consequences, and outcome from a more rational state of mind to problem solve.

5
Realign

Help clients take what they’ve formulated in the reassess stage to line up with their more authentic selves so the action plan can be carried out in their true nature.

6
Resolve

The action plan is able to execute a resolve for the concern.
